Spaces that speak
to the soul
We design timeless interiors rooted in warmth, materiality, and the art of living well — from Nairobi's finest residences to celebrated commercial spaces across East Africa.
Our Philosophy
Where elegance meets everyday life
At SILK & STONE, we believe that great design isn't about following trends — it's about creating spaces that feel inherently right. Every project begins with listening: understanding how you live, how you move through a room, what textures bring you comfort, what light makes you feel most yourself.
We craft environments that are not just beautiful to behold, but deeply functional and emotionally resonant — spaces that amplify your daily experience and grow richer with time.
Listen First
Your story is the foundation of every design.
Material Truth
We honour natural textures and organic beauty.
Timeless Craft
Designed for the decades ahead, not the moment.

How We Work
Our Design Process
Discovery
We meet, listen deeply, and immerse ourselves in understanding your vision, daily lifestyle, and spatial aspirations. A thorough brief is the foundation of everything.
Concept
Mood boards, tactile material palettes, sketches, and spatial layouts take shape. We present a clear design direction for your feedback before we proceed.
Development
Detailed technical drawings, 3D renderings, finish specifications, and complete procurement schedules are refined together to ensure total clarity before build.
Execution
We manage every fine detail on-site — from artisan coordination and procurement to final installation and styling — with meticulous attention to craft.
